About Me:  Lieutenant Cowham started with Pennfield Fire Department in 1981. He was promoted to his current rank in 2003.

Certifications: Firefighter I & II, Medical First Responder, Drivers Training (FM 123), IS-00100, IS-00200, IS-00700, Hazardous Materials Awareness, and Hazardous Materials Operations. Brian has continued education in Incident Command, Ventilation, Arson Investigation, and Ice Rescue.
